Called Empire out got a quote got financed they came out and OH MY GOD didn't want to move furniture and told me I have to take apart bed which none of this was explained to me previous, came right past my front door taking pictures of my home without my permission I called their customer service the installers cursed them out in my home and was hollering at them when i don't do that in my home with my wife there said they not doing it and left.Terrible.

tried to call salesman he never called back.A friend of mine said the same thing
