They sold us the carpet and told us they would install in two days.We made arrangements and re-arranged our schedule to accommodate and they cancelled on us 30 minutes before delivery because they didn't have the material.
They were rude and told us that we should understand that they are really busy and can't fill all the orders, and it's not their fault that they didn't have the material we purchased. They had no supervisors to speak to and didn't return our call for 7 days. The sales person wouldn't return our calls, we had to call 20 times and we are 1.5 weeks later and still waiting for the carpet to be installed.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!They are unorganized, unethical, and completely unapologetic.
