To Whom it may Concern:

I've been trying to contact someone from your company for over a month now and every time I call I get told that someone will get back to me in 1-3 days of which I don't hear from anybody. I had WINDOWS installed NOT *** window treatments and all I want to know is if my windows have a warranty.They where installed May of 2007.

I don't see what the problem is that I keep getting a run around it is a simple question and apparently nobody who works there can answer.

I would appreciate a email from somebody who know what they are talking about.

I am still a pissed off customer the issue that was trying to get answer’s for apparently nobody at Empire can give me the information that I asked for. Someone notified me from the corporate office of which they where suppose to send me an email of which I never received... I am so disappointed with everyone from Empire that I will make sure I take my business elsewhere... I got Windows installed NOT window treatments and every time you contact someone from there nobody understand English and keeps sending me a warranty on Window treatments.. I would suggest that nobody buys anything from Empire take your business elsewhere...Maybe if you take your business elsewhere you will be able to reach the customer service department and they will know how to answer your questions.. This company can’t that’s for sure.
