Had a new bath refitted and installed with their liner about 6yrs ago. It had a LIFETIME warranty.

The floor of the tub is starting to peel up and water is getting in between their liner and the tub. It looks like water us getting in where te tub meets the wall. Common sense says he adhesive is faulty and caulking insufficient or broken down. This is clearly a defect in workmanship or product.

I contacts them and had someone look at it. They want over 1000.00 to redo the entire thing! I paid 3000 for it!

This is simply unacceptable and I am left with a tub with a leaky lifetime warranty liner. Steer clear!

Monetary Loss: $3000.
