Empire Today Carpets commerical has the gentleman with the kind voice made me think that I would be getting good, professional, quality service. What a disappointment.

They sent 2 Hispanics - 1 who barely understood and the other not at all. The installation was so awful. I'm still waiting for the misstakes to be fixed.

The idiots put nails into the floor boards that are visible and the boards are spaced and I noticed them tearing the underlayment in somes places. My advice to you is in considering this company's poor standard to you is - DON'T DO IT!
