Sales guy write up our order for 1/4-8 Lbs padding, upon bringing that to his attention he says oh no problem I have included in my special instructions to the installers that it should be a 3/8 - 8lbs padding so they will bring that well I just had a call to confirm my installation and the rep on the phone said no you only get 1/4-8lbs padding DOES NOT MATTER what our sales guy told you or put in writing.

This company does not care as long as they get the order and you pay your deposit they got you by the collar. DOES NOT SEEM LIKE THEY CARE TOO MUCH ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AS LONG AS THEY SELL THE CARPET TO YOU!

The so called senior supervisor tells me on the phone oh we are going to report this to senior management I asked him what good does that do me? Are you going to reduce your price he says no I cant do that!

User's recommendation: NEVER TRUST WHAT THEY WRITE UP IN YOUR ORDER!

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
