Empire Today, LLC has still not satisfied my requests to speak to the CEO about my previous complaint.They owe me $234 for 2 times I had to board my dogs because they promised to be here to install floors on 2 dates and did not show up or call letting me know they weren't coming.

They always promised to pay the $234 for boarding, but now they are trying to silence me by asking me to sign a waiver stating I will not complain to anyone ever again.They are now holding the money they owe me hostage.
