I am a former employee for Empire. At no cost should you use this company. Use them only if you want product imported from China, installed by day laborers, and you like to be over charged and lied to.

They do not care about customers, and pay the sales reps to leave positive comments on websites like this. All to fool the customer.

Working as a rep is a joke. You have to be an independent contractor and not an employee. You MUST sell the appointment on the first time or they wont give you anymore appointments. Any discrepancies are charged to the rep. Even though they are fake. They have a rating system from A to E for reps. A reps get leads as they are the biggest liars. E reps don't get anything and they expect you to go door to door. So they have to lie to the customers to keep getting work. They have a constant hiring and training plan to cover appointments. Making an appointment with them is condoning this type of behavior and should not be.

Go to your local company as you will be a great deal happier!!!!
