We put a stop on 1/2 of our charge for arbitration.Spent 4300.00 and had carpet installed a day before we went on vacation. Came back 10 days later noticed lavender spots after taking down louvres.

Room was empty. No furniture.Send independent inspector(scam) and not empire fault they claim but we are responsible. No one will come to see this.

Salesman keeps stalling us on phone that he needs permission to come over. Persuing this with BBB and anyone else that can investigate this company.The spots in 2 rooms are of the same color carpet.(coincidental) The master bedroom was a different color with no spots.
