We had water damage in our home 2 years ago and had a new carpet places by empire.Where our carpet meets the floor in the hallway has come apart two times which empire has come and fixed.

The problem is they are cutting it shorter and shorter each time. It has happened again and I want the whole carpet replaced. With what insurance paid, the whole carpet is *** and looks old.

There is not a lot of traffic in the area which the carpet was placed.Very unhappy!
