We had an appointment last Friday, August 12 for an Empire consultant to come and measure to give us an estimate for our project.Got a phone call after the no show to set another appointment by a scheduler out-of-state.

Set one for Monday, August 15 between 9-1:00. No show and no contact. Poor business person in the Austin area. Empire should not be associated with poor consultants if they expect business.

Obviously their employee favors long weekends or they only take appointments really close to their business location in Buda - south of Austin.

There isn't much more to say than I wasted two days waiting for a no-show.Poor poor poor company representation.

Preferred solution: Don't call me again. you can't make things right, but you need to see what your problem is. .
