I scheduled an appointment for carpet installation estimate for May 11 between 1 pm -- 3 pm. I left a family event to wait for Empire.
No one showed up. I called and was told there was a "scheduling conflict". I asked why I wasn't called and was told "I don't know" I was offered to reschedule for Monday May 13th between 5 pm -- 7 pm. I reluctantly scheduled.
I left work a bit early to make sure I was home.
I received a phone about 4:30 and was told, "The installer called off and would have to reschedule". At that point I stated, no this is bad customer service and will not contact Empire for any carpet needs in the future.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
I didn't like: No show.
