I put in new carpets 3 years ago and they were shocking after 2 years. I called and called and of course no one called me back.

I finally called pretending that I wanted new floors. They came immediately. The salesman said that is was normal wear and tear. After 3 years I have to replace my carpets.

Replacing carpets every 3 years is not normal wear and tear.

No customer service after the job is complete.

Do your research and look at different companies.

When they advertise discounts do not believe them. There are so many other companies that give you good service before during and after the job is done.
