We scheduled appointment for a sales rep to come to our home for an estimate and received confirmation with the appointment window.Changed plans for dinner.

Delayed making dinner at home due to appointment. Hung around the house when we could have been carpet shopping waiting for this person to show up. Rep never showed up. No phone call, no email from either the rep or Empire Today.

Nothing. We will be going to Home Depot, where we have shopped before. At least they show up for scheduled appointments, have good product at a decent price.

We can spend our money anywhere and it will NOT be with Empire.
