Empire Carpet is the worst!!!!.I set up an appointment for a Monday and they said they couldn't make it and rescheduled of Wednesday.

Wednesday came and they never called and never showed. I called customer service and the person who was supposed to visit my house lied and said he called my home and my voice mail was full. When I got home I had to messages on my machine, neither from him. He also said he called th secondary # (my Cell) and left a message, another lie I had no message.

All they kept trying to do was give me $50 off of my purchase and reschedule AGAIN. I told them thanks but no thanks I'll take my business to someone who really wants it.

I personally think what they are doing is keep putting people off so it will be too late for them (customer) to take advantage of the deal they have going on.People if you want carpet don't call Empire, you'll never get it.
