I am struggling with Empire right now.Salesman promised a call the night before to tell me when the installers would be here, or based on a customer service call made to me, by 6:30 a.m.
today. I got up early. No phone call except from someone trying to verify that I was doing the installation today but couldn't say when they'd be here. Three times I've been on the phone.
The last call I was put on hold for 14 minutes while someone "tried to call the installer" and then the call was disconnected.
My plan to do three more installations with this company are now canceled, and if I ever meet that salesman, I'm going to accuse him of theft.I am furious at this company.
