We have carpet that was installed by Empire Today about 3 years ago.My first complaint is that they ruined the kitchen floor--which they weren't supposed to even touch!

When they took off the divider between the kitchen and living room, they managed to somehow make the linoleum shrink! Secondly, they told us our carpet was stain resistant. They were WRONG! We've got so many spots that have not come up even with professional cleaning.

My husband and I have called several times and been given the run-around.

I want my carpet replaced!It shouldn't look this bad after only 3 years.
