I found a hole the size of a golf ball in the middle of our family room the day after installation. That was the first time walking through the room since we were so busy the day of installation.
I called customer service and they said 1-3 day call back. I called back 3 days since I never received a call and they put an "urgent" ticket out for a 24 hour call back. It's been 24 hours and still no call. Fraudulent company and I want my $5000 back!!!
To add on top of things there are marks all over our walls, we fed the installers pizza and gatorade and this is what we get!?!?!? Worst company EVER!!!
