I signed a contract to have empire replace the linoleum in my kitchen with ceramic tile.I was given a price of $5218 and I agrred.I gave him a deposit of $2608 on july 29,2010.I cancelled that install the next day and have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my refund.I have been told the check was mailed out 10 days ago and it would take 7 to 10 days,I was told the check was lost and it was mailed out yesterday and today I was told the check was just cut and will be in the mail today.The customer service people are heartless liars and this company has done nothing for me but keep my money for to long and lie to me repeatedly.I'm considering looking into a class action lawsuit against them for price gouging misrepresentation and unfair buisness practices.Email me if your interested in getting this companies attention at
