Empire Floors is Shady......make sure you get other estimates don't believe the sales rep. ours told huge lies about one of their competitors saying not only trashing the competitors product but saying that the government stepped in and wont let them finance so we would have to have cash to use them.....and after all of this and i agreed to pay them almost 2500.00 for vinyl they blew me off on installation day...then rescheduled and said they weren't able , and them jacking up the already absurd price of the job by 900.00.......Buyer Beware! I cancelled....

I was about to call for laminate flooring for my home. I am so glad I read these reviews first. I will not use empire for my flooring.

OMG, I'm so glad I read all these comments. I'm single woman and was just about to schedule a free estimate appt with them, but after reading all this ***, forget it, I'll stick w/Home Depot or Loews. Don't want to be taken advantage of.

i scheduled an appointment for a free estimate on laminate flooring and they kept saying all decision makers must be present.Yeah, little alarms were going off and when I told my husband he said it sounds like high pressure sales.

He googled Empire, went here and I called and canceled.Whew!
