The worst hardwood product. I was sold on the engineered product by mohawk and it is awful.

After numberous trips to my house, numerous times being stood up for appointments and now no one returns my calls. They torn up half the floor to fix it and now it is even worse. Even some of the people they send out said the product is garbage and 2 of them refused to touch it because they did not want the responsibilty of messing it up more.

The product sucks, they fool you with the commercials and fake customer service. BUY ELSEWHERE!!!

Monetary Loss: $7500.
