Two years ago, I made the mistake of having Empire install a shower liner. Have been having problems ever since...leaking...stains...coming apart, mold underneath, etc.

FINALLY, they stated they would replace. HOWEVER....the day of the appointment, oops...we mis-scheduled. Can we come the next day. The next day...oops....where are they???

Hours late, no one can get a hold of the ONE person that is the ONLY person who can handle this.

Two days off from work and STILL, terrible, broken shower. Next to get my money back to let a REPUTABLE company do the work.
