I had two appointments with Empire Today flooring and they never showed.The first time he claimed to be lost.

I called at 9:30 the second time to find out when in the 9-11 range they may show and eventually found out he wasn't coming until 12. H eapparently didn't plan on calling me and wasn't sure he'd make it by then. Wasted a morning and time off work so I'm moving on to another company.

I guess they're so cheap to make up for the lack of customer service.Don't waste your time with these guys...
