I purchased laminates for my kitchen and carpeting for 3 bedrooms.The sales person did not offer the advertised sale, she said "Her price is better".

She also refused to offer an itemized bill so a customer can compare prices. Low Price Guarantee...HA! The kitchen was mismeasured because 6 boxes of laminates were ordered and only 4 and 1/2 boxes were used. The installer took the paid for box and a half.I paid for 6 boxes.

I contacted "Customer Service" numerous times and have been getting a run around for 2 weeks. I want the 4 tiles left over from the 5th box and a refund for the 6th box that was ordered, and didn't need to be ordered. I was also charged to move non-existent furniture or appliances which I want refunded.

I left a message on Rebekah Clerks answering machine over 10 days ago and have never heard from her.Unfortunately Empire Today doesn't itemize anything to the customer.I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
