They told me that the contractor was let go after this incident. I allowed them to send a company employee.

She gave me a good price so I am now waiting for installation. Will follw up when blinds are installed.

I scheduled an appointment for a Monday for measuring for blinds and window treatments. They called on the morning of the appointment and cancelled for no reason and said they would come the following day.

The next day they called right before they were scheduled to arrive and said their car broke down. They scheduled for the following day. The next day again they called at the appointed time and they said they got lost and wanted to schedule for the following day. I cancelled!

Do they expect anyone to believe this BS?!!

Who would order anything from such unreliable people! STAY AWAY!
