I contacted Empire to come in and do an estimate for us for 3 bedrooms. The first time they never showed or called.

They apologized, rescheduled and gave us $100 off our purchase. Two days later was our next appt. Again they never showed or called. When I called them back I was told they gave the appt to someone who no longer works for them and rescheduled once again with apologies.

Next appt. No show, no call. Called office asked to speak to a manager who never called me back, ask to file a complaint with corporate never got a response. One more appt missed.

They lose out! THey suck!

Don't use them! They must not need the business!
