Empire came out to install LVT ( luxury vinyl tile) in my kitchen and bathroom, the installers arrived, stopped at the front door and pulled some Armstrong premium tile , which wasnt what I picked out, I immediately called the number I had and explained to them that it was the color but not the product, I was then transferred to another gentlemen who offered to reduce the pricing by another 600.00 for my inconvenience, but the tile they were using looks like self adhesive, I went with my gut feeling and cancelled the entire order.I was not about to pay the 1900.00 dollars for that garbage. What I should had paid attention to was the drastic price drop from 2600 to 1871.00 for ne xt day installation, after telling them I had another appt with another flooring company the next day
