Empire Today was in such a hurry to install my carpet in the winter they didn't allow it to adjust to in home temperature.Instead they increased the temperature of my house to 86*F in December!

Just short of my one year installation warranty expiring, Empire Today came out to stretch my carpet because bubbles had formed in NON traffic and traffic areas. Eighteen months later I have "serious" bubbling in every bedroom, the stairs and the hallway.

Empire will charge me their repair rate to have it fixed, approximately 4 hours!Do NOT use Empire, their pricing isn't that good!
