Today 9/24/15 the installers from empire came out again, once again the work could not be completed.My journey started with empire in July still three visits later still no flooring.

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever had the chance to work or not work with.I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I agree with you.I had three rooms of flooring (tiles) installed by Empire.

The grout color does not look like the color that I picked nor the same as what is shown on their website. It's a nightmare trying to get a call back from Customer Service.

What a slip shod company.They should not be in business.
