Please just go to Home Depot, Lowe's or a local flooring place. The original installers no longer work for Empire. This is such a nightmare. I have an open concept so when they replace tiles it looks like a checkerboard. I can't believe they are not taking responsibility for this nightmare. Thanks empire for wasting my Saturday 4/16/16 and a vacation day.Installers showed up at 1pm came in and said they were here to do my kitchen.
