We paid to have flooring installed today and instead they didn't show and didn't call into supposably offset the inconvenience of taking an entire day off of work they offered a measly $200 discount on a product that was overpriced from the get-go terrible service contacting customer service is a joke and their floor managers have no business taking Management phone calls.
