Total terrible customer care, poor sales pitch.Salesman in Toledo (Doug) came across so shy-stee and fraudulent.

Late for installation, Installers couldnt speak english. (Was not even employed by Empire) So i wondered, who did i really hire?...huum. Anyways late for the job, couldnt even perform the job due to no padding. Smh....wow.

Then had the nerve to tell me they wasnt sure if they could even comr back the next day.(Had to reschedule all over again) Signed...
