Their service is the pits.Brought wrong carpet promised to be back in the afternoon.

Never came.

I called countless times and all they do is transfer you to your sales rep who whines that she can't do anything. Finally installed but forgot stairs carpet. 3 weeks now and still trying to get them to come back and install it. NEVER USE THIS FIRM.

They appear to be independant firms for carpet installation, sales, call center, etc. No one takes ownership.

No one to escalate problem to and no store to go into to complian.They are just the worst and do not seem to care.
