Horrible experience as a first time customer.Installation was promised between 12 and 2 at 230 i called to find out why he had not shown up and was told hed be hete by 4. Absolutely worst experience ever! My mother purchased carpet from them and vinyl for installation. She is working on listing her home for sale. She spent a good deal of money with them. They canceled on the carpet install, after she'd taken the day to deal with it, because the truck broke down. Rescheduled for the next week, pushing back the listing of her home. Only they no showed. I cannot even believe how my mom was treated by these people....

If the company had the carpet guys come out in the first place they could have saved themselves a headache! It took ten minutes and they didn't even have to move all the furniture.
