Empire Carpet is horrible. I was scheduled for someone to come out to do a quote on my flooring on Saturday 1/30/10.

Well do to the weather they could not come. This was understandble however, they scheduled another day 2/1/10, and they were a ns, then I was scheduled for yesterday 2/2/10 and this time they ncns. This is very bad business and I will not use them nor recommend them to anyone that I know.

If someone thinks about using them I will quickly change their mind. I am pissed to say the least.
