I should have known.Usually I check reviews before using a company but my husband made appointment with Empire Today for wood flooring.

When they arrived I did not like the wood flooring but saw carpet I liked. My husband asked about the buy room get one free, of course, not for the carpet we choose. I should have known. The sales person told me the special order would be two weeks.

It has been over two weeks and I have got nothing from Empire. After calling Empire Today 800 number for three days, I finally find out that it takes a minimum of 3 weeks for a special order. I should have known. What ever happen to the art of listening to your customer to find out what the problem is.

They don't listen, so they can't answer your question accurately.Should have known.
