Would not come out in DAYLIGHT to see color flaw.Different Empire installers stopped by and confirmed the flaw.
Local floor man verified color flaw and Chase Card agreed. Paid 75% and begged them to come in the daytime. Many letters and calls made - they only wanted their money. Put me up for collection.

Systems Collection Ageny they reported me to the credit bureaus and this is after they promised if I paid they would do nothing.Empire's "Customer Service" and "Quality" is rated way below satisfactory - never would use them again or recommend
