Would not come out in DAYLIGHT to see color flaw. Different Empire installers stopped by and confirmed the flaw.
Local floor man verified color flaw and Chase Card agreed. Paid 75% and begged them to come in the daytime. Many letters and calls made - they only wanted their money. Put me up for collection.

Systems Collection Ageny they reported me to the credit bureaus and this is after they promised if I paid they would do nothing. Empire's "Customer Service" and "Quality" is rated way below satisfactory - never would use them again or recommend
