We contacted Empire - They were expensive, but duid take $400 off the cost of a wood floor for a small room - Waited three weeks for the floor, Install on a Saturday - They were scheduled for 8 AM - At 9:15 AM I had to call them. A very sleepy Tech - Erin called and complained that he works hard during the week but would be on his way.

He finally arrived at 9:30.

He walked in, looked at the tile they were go8ing to install on and said it was Asbestos tile, they could not work in those conditions and left! They Quoted the job looking at this freeking tile! The "boss" called and apologized and said he would send our deposit back.

Are you kidding? What a joke!
