I was able to look up your account information in our system and understand that there was a scheduling error due to the holiday. I had booked an appointment with Empire to come between 9 and 11am. When they hadn't showed by 10:45am, I called Empire at their 800 number.

The lady I spoke to apologized profusely and asked for another chance at a time of our choosing. I requested 2-2:30 the same day, and was told someone would call to confirm. We were also offered $50 off as an apology. No one called, and no one showed up.

We'll take our business elsewhere, since Empire has shown they don't want it and has wasted our time.

We are not pleased.
