I have Empire product in my home today, and am quite satisfied. We chose to go with Empire for our next project, and scheduled an appt.

Everything was bgoing smoothly with the sales rep and the product, until time for scheduling the installation. To complete this step, we had to speak with the customer service reps.

Two reps in paticular, Jennifer and Vanessa, chose to be rude, obnoxious, and of no assistance at all. Knowing how the customer service is for the Cincinnati area, this will likely be my final purchase from Empire Today, and I woudl not recommend them to anyone.
