A salesman from Empire Carpets came out on Saturday to measure for carpet. I wanted an expensive carpet and he told me he couldn't give me an estimate on the spot but would call me no later than Tuesday.

When he didn't call I called him and he didn't remember me and denied ever coming to my house! Fortunately a friend had stopped by while he was here so I knew I hadn't imagined it.

I called his supervisor who agreed it was very strange and he would get back to me, I'm still waiting a month later.

I found another company (CC Carpet) that did a great job.
