My experience with Empire Carpet started just fine. The representative was pleasant and I felt like she was genuine.

The installation process went smoothly but I questioned the carpet that they brought because it looked much thinner than what I had selected. Only one installer spoke English and he wasn't very fluent. After two months I knew I had been ripped off. My carpet looks ten years old and I don't have pets or children.

I wish I had done more research and I would have read many more reviews like mine. I'm already looking at replacing it...this place is a sham.
