Beware! Empire Carpet sales contacts specify on the backside that customers are mandatorily required to have ALL disputes resolved by the "National Arbitration Forum" rather than tby he BBB or the Courts.

The truth is that the NAF agreed to stop arbitrating ALL contracts in the USA after 7-24-2009 because the NAF was owned by a loan company, and almost 100% of its decisions were against consumers! Any presently signed agreements may be legally invalid, and customers can actually take Empire to court where an arbitrator will be selected by a judge. Check with your attorney.
