Empire is not standing behind the carpeting installed in four rooms and hallway on September 8, 2010. The traffic areas in the living-room and hallway are already severely matted!

The general manager (GM) resolution (after much going back and forth)is to replace the living room and hallway carpet but not the bedrooms. The hallway butts up to two bedrooms. The carpet laid is no longer available. I want the bedroom carpeting replaced as well.

The GM feels he is performing a "Customer Courtesy" by replacing the living-room and hallway carpet.

I was going to contact local TV channel 5 before I saw this site. I want to be fair and be treated fairly!
