We ordered carpet & paid in full (cashed the check right away) and scheduled a month away.A complete nightmare.

The crew was to be at our house by 3pm; they showed up at 8pm. The numerous times I called customer service we continually caught them in lies of where the crew was. Put on hold and then forgotten, "supervisors don't work this late". The crew left our house at 10pm.

My complaints were not answered for days!!

Finally we were told that we were only entitled to $75 reimbursement, because it really was their problem anymore.Horrible Horrible service!
