I had used them in the past to carpet a small room and to purchase 2 custom made rugs for large bedrooms.I told them that I wanted to get 2 large custom made rugs from carpet, and Marco at Empire said they do not make home appointments for rugs.

BUSINESS SURE MUST BE GOOD AT EMPIRE THAT THEY CAN PICK AND CHOOSE WHO THEY WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. This order would have been at least double the size of the order I placed with them last time.

Even when I brought that up, Marco quoted "policy".I asked to talk to a supervisor, and was placed on eternal hold.
