I hired Empire Carpet, a national company, to install carpet at our home.The commercial on TV shows uniformed men installing the carpet, and the salesmen who sold the carpet was very nice.

The 2 men who came out were a very different story. The dressed as the hadn't showered in days, they reeked of pot, they were late, they peed in my driveway and they took a 'smoke' break too often.

I called my sales guy to complain and he did absolutely nothing. He later said he dd not want to reprimand the guys becuase he did not want them to lash out at us later.

He said he would just give them less work.

How unprofessional, I would never recommend them to anyone.I was pissed!

Monetary Loss: $3000.
