We had flooring put down in our bathroom, installers were good put they were not plumbers. We contacted customer service as soon as we noticed the problem, which was the next day do to the "do not use until tomorrow" instructions we received.
After 5 days of no one getting back to use we had to hire a plumber to fix the problem. That will be the last time we ever use them. You want people to use a minimum of one hundred words, which I don't understand considering the problem was as simple as you doing the job correctly the first time there would not be a need to post my feedback on every sight possible. Your company failed us and the deal we thought we were going to get wasn't a deal after hiring a plumber a come and fix the mess you created.
