Never use Empire .I ordered lainate flooring on 9/12/11 and was due to have it installed on 9/26/11. When I didi not recieve a call I called them and they stated they really didn't know where my floor was, but woud call me back.

no call, so I called the gentlemen that sold it to me. He stated I'll call you back. No call. When I called him back this was at 2:30 pm he states well we really don't know if your color is in stock.

WHAT...I ordered the floor 9/12, he says well we do not order until the friday befor installation date ,so that would have been the 23rd. No wonder!!!!

Never ever again .....sad excuse for a business.
