we had the carpet installed march 2015.we do not live here full time.
October we noticed it was buckling up at seem between living and bedroom. we called the end of jan when we were here again to make sure it was repaired before warrenty. they could not do it in that time frame because its over an hour from Orlando and would schedule it next time were here. called end of feb.
and made an appt. for march 11. got a message from deana lewis that day to change to Monday the 14th, we said yes. never came or called.
deana lewis said wed. afternoon for sure! never called or came. the 16th.
left many messages to her, she never calls back to make yet another appt. we needed it done before we leave on the 20th. very unorganized repair organization.
